Woods.   The Woods family had suffered a devastating financial collapse of their Cripple Creek empire by 1907 and were forced to liquidate a large portion of their vast holdings.   The Woods Investment Company remained open with Frank Woods at the helm until 1927.  This certificate represents possibly one of the last investment ventures Frank Woods would likely make in Colorado.   Apparently, when the gold of Cripple Creek had failed him, he turned to "Black-Gold"!
