Please follow these easy ordering instructions: 

The "Order Now!"  link on each item will launch a separate browser window so that you can toggle between the catalogue page and this order form. (If you would like to launch this form in a separate browser window now, please click here!  If you open the new browser window now, you do not need to click on the "Order Now" link in the item descriptions.....click here to go back to the Home Page) 

You only need to click on one "Order Now!"  link, then just keep the order form window open while browsing the catalogue pages, make note of the order number(s) for the material you wish to purchase, complete the fields below then click submit.  

Payment:

We will gladly accept your valid check or money order.

You may pay securely with your credit card, debit card or eCheck via PayPal! 
   

To pay via credit card, debit card or eCheck; 

Please complete this order form and submit.  You will receive an e-mail invoice from us via PayPal.  You pay the invoice with your credit card and we ship your items as soon as your payment is processed and cleared.  It's that simple!

For payment by money order, cashiers check, eCheck or personal check; items will not be shipped until payment clears our bank.

Guarantee:

All material that we offer is guaranteed to be original; no reproductions, unless specified in the item description.  Your satisfaction is important to us.  We make every attempt to accurately describe our material, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to the Denver Stock Exchange within 5 days of receipt and we will refund your purchase price.  You must e-mail us immediately if you are unhappy with an item and wish to return it.   Sorry, we can not refund postage and return postage is your responsibility.   The item you see posted will be the item you receive.   If we have multiples of an item, we will list the new item with a new scan.  All material is subject to prior sale and prices are subject to change without notice.

All stock and bond certificates offered by the Denver Stock Exchange are sold strictly as collectables and not for security investment purposes.  Certificates are non-transferable and non-redeemable.

Shipping Fees:

We strongly encourage shipping your purchase with insurance.  The Denver Stock Exchange will not be responsible for damaged or lost items.

We will ship your order carefully packaged to prevent damage. 

Please Note:  Due to weight and size, books and maps may require additional shipping charges.

International shipping charges:

International shipments may be requested via United States Postal Service Standard Ground or Global Priority.  We highly recommend Global Priority.

International shipping charges will be determined at the time of invoicing.  You may inquire about shipping charges with us directly prior to placing your order.

Upon request, we may also be able to ship via UPS or Federal Express.

Archival Storage Sleeve Shipping:

Storage Sleeve orders may be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, separate from any other items ordered.  Sleeve order shipping fee will be dependant on the weight of the package.

Please contact us for shipping charges.  We will provide you a shipping fee charge once the order is received. 

Please Note:  Depending on size, we can ship some orders in a Priority Flat Rate Box, which may be cheaper than First Class Parcel Post.   We will notify you of the least expensive shipping option at the time of your order!

Please allow approximately 3 - 5 weeks for delivery on special orders.

Archival Storage & Display ProFolio Books: 

ProFolio Storage Book orders will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post Mail separate from any other items ordered.   Orders subject to the following rates:

Up to 3 books....................$8.50*

Each additional book.....$1.50*

*We may be able to combine orders of ProFolio books and Archival Sleeves.

We can ship via USPS Priority Mail upon request.  Please contact us for Priority Shipping charges.

Next Steps:

Orders will be responded to within approximately 24 - 48 hours....possibly longer if it is a weekend when we are out enjoying the fabulous Colorado outdoors!

We will confirm with you that the item(s) you have ordered is/are in stock and provide you with a total amount due. 

Please do not submit payments until we send you an order confirmation e-mail or invoice.
